Revolutionary Communist International

The Revolutionary Communist International (RCI) is active in over 70 countries around the world. We are striving to raise the banner under which the awakening generation of revolutionary workers and youth can assemble to overthrow capitalism. We urge all new visitors to marxist.com to read our Manifesto, unanimously passed at the 2024 founding conference of the RCI, which you can read here.

In short, we are fighting to build a single, global party of world socialist revolution, based on the scientific, revolutionary communist ideas of Marx, Engels, Lenin and Trotsky, which we defend. This section of marxist.com includes articles and reports on the activity of the RCI internationally. If you are a communist and want to join us in the struggle, then join the RCI here.

While right-wing demagogues, backed by the bourgeois media, attempt to whip up a reactionary frenzy in Islamabad, the Marxists of The Struggle continue to work systematically to gather their forces, as they work to build a genuine socialist alternative that can offer a way out of the impasse of Pakistani society. Here we provide a report on their Winter School held last month.

The year 2012 is coming to an end. This has been a year in which the optimism of the bourgeois was crushed under the millstone of the world recession. The early hopes of growth have given way to desperation as the world economy is once again plunged into recession. The bourgeois economists, central bankers and politicians see no way out, and indeed there is no way out under capitalism.
